This Privacy Policy explains how Rep Room: Party Game handles information when you use the app or submit its public Support Form.

Age requirement

Rep Room is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are under 13, do not use the app or submit information through the Support Form.

Single Phone play

Single Phone player names, game activity, results, and history stay on your device. They are not synchronized to the online service. You can clear local game history from the app.

Private Rooms and profiles

When you use online Private Rooms, the app creates an anonymous account identifier. Your online profile can include a nickname, a bundled avatar selection, and an optional profile photo that you choose from the camera or photo library.

Private Room information can include room participation, prompts, votes, results, and saved online game history. Secret voting keeps only aggregate results in history. Any individual Secret ballots used temporarily for counting are not kept as identifiable game history and are removed after a limited cleanup period. Other voting modes may retain the voter information shown by that mode.

Profiles are used inside private game rooms and are not public profile pages.

Photos and permissions

The app requests camera or photo-library access only after you choose to add or change a profile photo. Selected photos are prepared for your profile and stored with your online account. You may use a bundled avatar instead.

Support requests

The public Support Form can be used without an account. A request includes the topic and message you provide, any optional name or contact detail you choose to add, and basic technical context such as the page address, referring page, browser information, submission status, and time. Requests are stored for later review.

Deletion and control

The app provides controls to clear local history and eligible saved online history. Account deletion removes the anonymous account and associated profile data, including a stored profile photo, where implemented and available. Some short-lived operational records may remain until automatic cleanup completes.

What we do not do

Rep Room does not include advertising, purchases, subscriptions, behavioral analytics, data sales, or public profiles.

Security and retention

Information is limited to what is needed to provide private gameplay, saved history, profile features, and support. Access controls are used to restrict private records. No system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sharing sensitive personal information in nicknames, photos, or support messages.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
